“Unable to sleep, no soundproofing between rooms/floors whatsoever”

“Dirty, worn and poorly maintained. There were biscuit crumbs and white stains next to the bed, black dust over the walls, no spoons to stir the drinks, a broken shampoo dispenser and watered down soap. Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed it.”

“Room fine. Booked an evening meal. On arrival told there was a large group in, would I mind eating after 8pm. When i went to the bar later I was told it would now be 8.30pm. At 8.20 I went to the bar and was told it would be after 9pm. Clearly very unhappy. I can see no reason why I would ever want to use Travelodge again!”

“The staff at Worcester were very helpful. The room was clean, he breakfast was excellent but the on-line booking took me 90 minutes, so this needs some attention at your end. The questionnaire below is clearly irrelevant to Travelodge so your problems are technical not human!”

“It was very easy to book online. It was very easy to rebook online when I realized I had booked the wrong date. It would be helpful to have an US 800 number for UK Travelodge reservations/customer service. The link to the car park to reserve a space was easy, also.”
