“Booking site was quick and easy to use. Price obtained for booking was clear and good value. Facilities available were clearly shown. Haven't actually stayed yet so review is for booking process only.”

“Booked room for Sat 29thh but invoice sent wasn't my address also I wa and apologies charged me twice. So suspected some wrong and possibly fraud so cancelled my Nat West debit card. Have spoken to Travel lodge Chessington who said I am booked in for 29thJuly and will sort refund on 29th. They very helpful and apologetic. Terry Wood 07968217109”

“Review of booking experience: since I last used it the website has changed for the worse. Confusing and contradictory in places, it takes you round and round in circles. Still, I got there in the end.”

“Have used Travelodge for years as we frequently travel to Scotland with dogs. Always satisfied with rooms location and ease of booking. Very convenient. This time overnight stay in Harrogate to catch up with friends minus the dog.”
