“Traveloka makes it easy to purchase airplane tickets with a variety of price options. However,i feel that the payment verification process could be faster. Also,travel insurance information is less detailed on app.”

“Using Traveloka to buy flight tickets is quite easy with many airlines to choose from. However,i have experienced problems when payments failed several times. The schedule change notification feature is helpful,but the baggage policy information needs to be clarified.”

“Having booked and paid online. The Web pages instantly went to the homepage. I made an account with the same name and email with no bookings there. I tried the same within the app again with the same details with no change. On contacting customer services and explained to them I was told to make another account ....why it's still the same number and email address. Overall I rate traveloka a zero. I will never book through this company again as if thats how they operate God knows if you have problems at the airport. Thanks but no thanks never again”

“Worst travel company. I used their platform to book ticket for my trip. The ticket was forged. And I had to buy direct from agent. Never use this app.”

“Thanks to the CS and Ops teams for helping solve this issue. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to reschedule flights. If you book two flights within one itinerary and the change period for the first flight has elapsed, you cannot reschedule the other flight, which is not very logical. The customer service response time could also be quicker. I hope Traveloka can improve in these areas, as it has good products and price offerings.”

“I requested to cancel a booking but they did not grant the request. Reason is i double booked because I received the confirmation very late, 29minutes to be exact. Usually it takes just a few minutes to get an email that the booking is in process, but there was nothing. I thought the booking did not go through so I booked another flight on a different airline. Customer service did not grant my request to cancel the booking and give refund.”

“Deceptive pricing. Traveloka advertises lower prices than their competition to get customers to their site, the price then becomes "unavailable". No customer support, chat doesn't work, phone agents click the line before even saying hello, email response next day service.”

“This is a very good app, easy to handle. I've used it many times to buy packages with flights and hotels, as well as to buy flight tickets only, and it works well. Online check-in via the app also has no issues. The only downside is that payments with foreign cards sometimes fail, which needs to be fixed.”

“Hi Traveloka, can you provide a booking receipt on WhatsApp like other apps? It will be more convenient than receiving it via message and email, I feel very lazy when checking in at the airport to open the application or email so if you can provide an invoice via WhatsApp it is easier for me.”
