“I recently had the opportunity to book a flight from Jakarta, Indonesia to Narita, Japan, and i found the process to be this easy and so comfortable. The app offer the most affordable prices from all travel company. I also got a good response from the Customer Service when i ask about how to apply a visa. They explained to me in a good manner and so hospitable. I am definitely will use Traveloka again in the future.”

“Sebelum ni memang selalu tempah traveloka.. Kali ni ade emergency nak mintak tukar tarikh dah 2 hari tak settle.Reply lambat..bad servis..mintak surat itu ini.. Memang menyusahkan tak boleh toleransi langsung.sampai mintak surat doktor semua la..call hotel, hotel cakap Just msg agent mintak tukar tarikh,msg traveloka cakap lain pulak.. Memang kecewa.. Sampai sekarang tak settle..”

“Having booked and paid online. The Web pages instantly went to the homepage. I made an account with the same name and email with no bookings there. I tried the same within the app again with the same details with no change. On contacting customer services and explained to them I was told to make another account ....why it's still the same number and email address. Overall I rate traveloka a zero. I will never book through this company again as if thats how they operate God knows if you have problems at the airport. Thanks but no thanks never again”

“Thanks to the CS and Ops teams for helping solve this issue. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to reschedule flights. If you book two flights within one itinerary and the change period for the first flight has elapsed, you cannot reschedule the other flight, which is not very logical. The customer service response time could also be quicker. I hope Traveloka can improve in these areas, as it has good products and price offerings.”
