“As a Latina, going to Southeast Asian countries has been my dream since I was a kid. And luckily I had the opportunity to go to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia a couple of weeks ago. I had my best tourism vacation thanks to Traveloka. Traveloka become my main tools whenever I try to go to Southeast Asian countries. When I booked a flights in Traveloka, they really make sure that I'm well awared about flights, hotels, etc and that's show how good Traveloka's customer service are.”

“A month ago, I booked a flight from Melbourne to Hong Kong using the Traveloka app. It was good to see a travel app that can give you a cheap and affordable price along with the best hotels. I also booked a hotel in Hong Kong using Traveloka and I have no regrets about using this platform. The details about flight and hotel room was very clear and there was no false information in it. I want to use Traveloka again next month from Melbourne to Bali and the prize is amazingly cheap. Loved it!”

“I recently started using Traveloka on my husband's recommendation, and I am here to tell you that Traveloka has been very good lately. Like the time when I flew from Madrid, Spain to Bangkok, Thailand. They really listen to customer's problem and really work fast and efficiently to keep up the good work whether it is in the app or in the service. Both areas have certainly improved. I haven't had any problems using this app and I would recommend Traveloka to anyone who loves to travel especially in South East Asian countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.”

“What a magnificient app! So far using Traveloka has made my life easier. For instance when I was in Australia and went to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 3 days ago. I got a full service from Traveloka and they really treat me like a queen. Their customer service is fast respond and so hospitable. “Using Traveloka to travel might be the best decision I've ever done. How can't you like this app that offers a lot of discounts, and a variety of several cheap flights? I also joined Traveloka membership that allows me to get a lot of discounts from flight,hotels,etc. So far, I've been using Traveloka for the last 3 years and hopefully to do so in the next future. Good bargaining.”

“I got a recommendation to use Traveloma from my sister, overall my experience using this travel app has been positive. I really like the way Traveloka's customer service is so quick to respond and willing to take their time to give me explanation about my flight. They also give me discount 30% because I used this platform for the first time. But, they only accept with credit card, which I dont have. But, I still appreciate that gesture from Traveloka.”

“I just bought my first flight with Traveloka and I have to say it ws the best experience ! I had a flight from Perth to Sydney because I was moving in my job and Traveloka really hellped me find the cheapest ticket ever. I didn't know that there was a travel app that really focused on the lowest price. In overall, I feel satisfied using Traveloka, there was no error payment and the customer service was so fast response. Easy 5 stars from me.”

“I recently had the opportunity to book a flight from Jakarta, Indonesia to Narita, Japan, and i found the process to be this easy and so comfortable. The app offer the most affordable prices from all travel company. I also got a good response from the Customer Service when i ask about how to apply a visa. They explained to me in a good manner and so hospitable. I am definitely will use Traveloka again in the future.”
