“Good price for flight price, hotel and a destination ticket. It's definitely worth it to try since Traveloka offers a lot of discount, their customer service was fast respond. Overall, I am recommendating Traveloka for your itinerary travel. When I was in Bali 6 days ago, I booked a ticket to GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) Bali and I was surprised that the price was so affordable. In the locket, we have to pay 150k rupiah. But in Traveloka you could afford it on 120k with a discount. Thanks!”

“I recently returned from Vietnam, spent two weeks over there, booked 4 flights and a bunch of hotels through Traveloka while I was there. A lot of them last minute. Didn't have any issues at all so not sure why there is so many negative reviews. The pricing on Traveloka was often quite a bit cheaper than other platforms. Will continue to use and from my experience with this trip and others where I've used Traveloka I really haven't had any problems and have saved a lot of money.”

“I amazingly surprised by how cheap the price from Traveloka. I travelled from Bali to Jakarta with only 50 dollars which saved my financial. Traveloka's design also satisfy me when I try to enter the app and it was smooth.”

“Traveloka often promotes big discounts and attractive promotions, but unfortunately, many of these promotions cannot be used due to hidden and very confusing terms and conditions. This makes for a very poor user experience. Please be more transparent in providing information about promo terms and conditions, and ensure that promotions are actually usable without compromising user experience.”

“This company may be not considered as one of Australian's trusted site since a lot says that Traveloka robbed their money, the refund process was complicated and took a long days, prize changes, etc. But for now, personally I have no problems at all after using Traveloka for the third time. The prize still affordable to go travel to neighbor countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, or Thailand. 3 days ago I used Traveloka's ticket flight from Bali to Perth smoothly and safely. I repeat. My money did not get robbed. Please be aware about fake reviews that try to make Traveloka looks bad. Just experience yourself and you'll know that those”

“Overall, my experience using Traveloka has been good lately, especially when it comes to buying a flight ticket. I booked a flight with AirAsia Thai from Bangkok, Thailand to Tokyo, Japan. I am very pleased and joy when buying ticket in Traveloka. But, I faced a minor problem where one of Traveloka's feature to buy a train ticket wasn't available. I think Traveloka should add the train ticket feature in Japan because in Japan one of the most commonly used transportation is a train”

“The refund and reschedule process at Traveloka is very convoluted and not user-friendly. Why make users go through so many steps just to get their money back or change their schedule? It feels like unnecessary bureaucracy and a huge drain on time and energy. As a big app, Traveloka should be able to offer a more efficient and user-friendly process.”

“Traveloka's customer service is really dissapointing. When I faced a problem with my ticket, I tried to contact customer service many times, but the response was very slow and not helpful at all. The app needs faster and more responsive customer service.”

“The price displayed on the app is often different from the final price to be paid. This is very disappointing and makes me feel cheated. I understand that prices can change, but a drastic change at checkout is very suspicious. Traveloka should be more transparent in displaying the actual price, including taxes and surcharges, so that there are no unpleasant surprises at the end of the booking process.”

“I am very disappointed with the performance of the Traveloka app. The app often crashes at very crucial moments, such as when I tried to complete a ticket booking yesterday when I was going to Melbourne. This didn't happen once or twice, but repeatedly, and it was very annoying. It seems like this app is not well optimized for different types of devices. Please improve the app's performance and make it more stable, especially when used for important transactions.”

“This app is fascinating, but one thing that annoys me is the frequent update requests. I have to update it 2-3 times a month, and I don't notice any specific changes after updating. Why does Traveloka need to update every two weeks if there are no apparent changes in the app?”

“What I love about Traveloka is how they treat their customers. There are a lot of promos, and the customer service is quite good. I once contacted their CS team for an update on my flight reschedule, and they were very helpful. I hope they continue to prioritize their customers and keep improving.”

“I couldn't say no more about Traveloka's services. What I amazed about was that the Traveloka's ticket price so affordable that I had more money to spent in the vacation. I booked a flight from Japan to Thailand for 4 days and 3 nights. All of my daily needs in Traveloka I ordered it in Traveloka, starting from ticket flights, hotels, and accomodations. I truly satisfied with all of the features that Traveloka provide. I even booked a flight to going back home already with Traveloka. Thank you very much.”

“had a great impression with Traveloka since Traveloka helped me to move into another country. I was born and raised in Hong Kong, but after college I decided to move to Manila, Philippines because I thought that Hong Kong became so overcrowded lately. The reason I chose Manila was because of the hospitality and warm people in it. Philipinos may be the warmest people I've ever met. When I asked Traveloka's customer service about moving into another country, the customer service kindly explaining the whole process so I can understand the process step by step. Good overall for me, and keep the cheap price as always!”

“I was so disappointed with Traveloka because I had a trip from Melbourne to Auckland. I took the flight with Traveloka because my sister said that Traveloka is good and the price was cheap. So I checked out the payment and that was the worst decision. The payment had a problem, unavailable payment with credit card, and occurs an error from the app. The app crashed and I had to repeat the transaction again. Since the credit card payment was not available, I borrowed my sister's local bank to complete the payment. I hope Traveloka can improve the system and payment.”

“I am very impressed by how Traveloka manage to keep their cheap ticket prices despite that the app had a lot of negative reviews on the Internet. I began to use Traveloka since 2019 which gave me a lot of benefits. For example, I got a discount when I had a flight from Jakarta, Indonesia to Perth, Australia. It only cost me around AUD 150 with a discount. I was planning to do a tourism itinerary to Perth because August is a great time to see Aurora Australis which amazed me. I had an opportunity to see the aurora by myself thanks to Traveloka's companion and great passion as a travel agency company”
