“The first time I heard about Traveloka was when I saw the advertisement from the online website, and at that moment I was planning to do a trip because it's been so long since I had a time together with my family. The payment was succesful and there was no problem. But, to be honest the airlines was bad. Egen though the airlines was bad, but it has nothing to do with Traveloka. “When I'm about to use Traveloka. I've heard a few bad things about this app based on many user's experiencees a couple times. It was actually made me think twice about using Traveloka at first, to be honest. Then, I felt challenged to downlpad the app and experience for myself. As it turns out, my experience was good! When I booked a flight from Perth to Tokyo, I was so surprised about how Traveloka really helps me when I surf the app. So, I booked a floght and there was no problem in paying. Besides, the price was so affordable that I directly booked two of them right away, first to Tokyo, and then back to Perth. I thought my budget could only afford one ticket and a hotel room for a few days, but I was wrong. Shout out to Traveloka and keep improving to satisfy the customers!”

“It was an honorable moment to use Traveloka as my main travel app on the internet. Travelona helps me finding a cheap flight tickets and hotels, from Japan to Indonesia, to Australia and to New Zealand. I am glad that I used this app from the very beginning so I just stick with this app ever since. However, I have a suggestion to Traveloka that maybe helps improves a little bit. Traveloka should recheck about membership because in some moment I can't use them. But, it is okay, I am not very mad about it.”

“I have been using Traveloka since 2022 after the Covid-19 pandemic to travel to Asian countries. My itinerary places feel complete and easily accessible because Traveloka offers the cheapest air tickets with a good quality of airlines. I have used Garuda Indonesia, Fly Emirates, Malaysian Airlines, HK express, etc. Traveloka's customer service is also reliable and answers all of my questions easily and quickly. Good to know Traveloka because you made my tourism activity become a joyful trip!”

“As a Latina, going to Southeast Asian countries has been my dream since I was a kid. And luckily I had the opportunity to go to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia a couple of weeks ago. I had my best tourism vacation thanks to Traveloka. Traveloka become my main tools whenever I try to go to Southeast Asian countries. “A month ago, I booked a flight from Melbourne to Hong Kong using the Traveloka app. It was good to see a travel app that can give you a cheap and affordable price along with the best hotels. I also booked a hotel in Hong Kong using Traveloka and I have no regrets about using this platform. The details about flight and hotel room was very clear and there was no false information in it. “I recently started using Traveloka on my husband's recommendation, and I am here to tell you that Traveloka has been very good lately. Like the time when I flew from Madrid, Spain to Bangkok, Thailand. They really listen to customer's problem and really work fast and efficiently to keep up the good work whether it is in the app or in the service. Both areas have certainly improved. I haven't had any problems using this app and I would recommend Traveloka to anyone who loves to travel especially in South East Asian countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.”

“What a magnificient app! So far using Traveloka has made my life easier. For instance when I was in Australia and went to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 3 days ago. “Using Traveloka to travel might be the best decision I've ever done. How can't you like this app that offers a lot of discounts, and a variety of several cheap flights? I also joined Traveloka membership that allows me to get a lot of discounts from flight,hotels,etc. So far, I've been using Traveloka for the last 3 years and hopefully to do so in the next future. “I got a recommendation to use Traveloma from my sister, overall my experience using this travel app has been positive. I really like the way Traveloka's customer service is so quick to respond and willing to take their time to give me explanation about my flight. They also give me discount 30% because I used this platform for the first time. But, they only accept with credit card, which I dont have. But, I still appreciate that gesture from Traveloka.”

“I just bought my first flight with Traveloka and I have to say it ws the best experience ! I had a flight from Perth to Sydney because I was moving in my job and Traveloka really hellped me find the cheapest ticket ever. I didn't know that there was a travel app that really focused on the lowest price.
