“I could rely on Traveloka back when I was attending a class in Jakarta, Indonesia. I flew from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta to attend an Islamic lecture from Ust. Adi Hidayat in order to strenghten my islamic knowledge. He has been Malaysian number one priest and I admired him so much that is why I flew with Traveloka. However, I got a bad experience with the service Traveloka had because they did not notified about my next flight to back to Malaysia, but luckily I got the plane so I'll just give Traveloka 4 stars.”

“I had a mistake in booking my hotel. I called Traveloka's customer service number for assistance. They were able to fix my problem under 24 hours. I was so relieved. UPDATE: They helped me again! Traveloka's customer support is top-notch! I apologise, Traveloka, for having you go through so much. Lesson learned: Do not book hotels while sleepy! I will try booking flights with you next time!”

“I changed my rate as Traveloka CS helped me to refund even though it has been past overdue. It's easier to communicate with the CS rather than bots. I hope Traveloka can maintain its good service and better in the future. Now I'm the loyal consumer :)”

“i don't normally do reviews. My wife and i just fly from Bangkok back to Australia always booked with traveloka never had a problem. I've had this app for a long time. Never had any problems”

“recently, i tried traveloka to book a flight for my trip to bangkok after finding they offered the best prices during my research where i encountered an issue when filling out my passport information. i was initially feeling apprehensive due to negative reviews i'd seen online, but pleasantly surprised that their customer support handled the situation smoothly for my standard. considering this surprisingly positive experience, i'm open to using them again in the future”

“Everything is good with the app, but could you please add the feature where our booking is automatically added to our calender? I wonder if it's just me but with A*ry, my bookings are automatically added to my calenders; both google calendar and my phone's calendar. Thank you.”

“NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT TRAVELOKA. THEY HAVE PLAYED US UP WITH THEIR EMPTY PROMISES. I HAVE REQUESTED MY FLIGHT TICKET FROM TRAVELOKA TO BE EXTENDED FOR 6 MONTHS. ALL I GET IS JUST A BUNCH OF THEIR LIES. I NEVER EVER BUY FLIGHT TICKET FROM TRAVELOKA AGAIN.”
