“I booked my tickets to India with Travelopod. The entire experience was pleasant and all the agents were very helpful. Kim Cooper was especially helpful in getting the seats signed for all my legs of the journey. I would definitely go with the same travel agency for my future travels.”

“Emma has handled the mess up of my flight from Newark/New York to Detroit on the 6th of July, 2023 evening with utmost care. She ensured that my baggages arrived safely at the Detroit-metro airport in the previous flight so that I could collect them. She also ensured that I could get the direct flight to Detroit-metro airport in the same evening on the 6th of July without any hassle. She is following up with Lufthansa on the issues that I faced. I thank Emma and the Travelopod team for all the help and support. I am using Travelopod service since 2013.”

“My travel plan messed up due to schedule change by United Airlines. I was so upset and called Travelopod and got connected to Emma I did not even have any hopes before I talk to her. But she was so patiently worked with airlines agents and get me booked through different airlines. She is the best customer service agent that I ever dealt with. She evn spoke to airport counter agents to confirm the issue got resolved. That kind of dedication I didn't expect. Emma is awesome. I will remember you forever. Something makes you unique, may be your dedication. Thank you so much.”
