“I would like to give a shout out to Kane for his assistance yesterday for my check in and final travel preparation process. I could not finish checkin from my side and Kane went in checking with multiple airlines to successfully finish the process. It was not straight forward sometimes and it took more than an hour for a travel expert like Kane to complete it successfully. I appreciate his efforts of not just completing my check in but also did so calmly and patiently. I also want to give a shout-out to Ashley for helping me with additional baggage options. It’s members such as Kane and Ashley that makes me come back to Travelopod again and again.”

“Both Neil and Kim have been exceedingly help, from time if booking the flight to its sudden cancelation. They contacted me immediately and reconfirmed on the next. Other vagaries in AI booking page and confusing messages were sorted. Kim would call and patiently went through the issues, sorted all out. It was nice to be able to use some Hindi and British English, like queue ( from Kim) for a change, and as I will be soon be in Delhi. Great folks, nickname Apna Savari Agent.”
