“I had an excellent experience with Travelopod, thanks to their outstanding customer care representative, Ben Foster. He went above and beyond to help me book the best seats for my flight to India. He was extremely patient and took the time to assist me with meal selection as well, ensuring every detail was taken care of. As someone who travels 2-3 times a year, I truly appreciate such dedicated service. Ben’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the booking process smooth and stress-free. “Overall I was very unhappy with the way it was progressing with Travelopod , the agent who initially handled my wife's booking was totally clumsy and it was going to be disastrous before a divine intervention by Annie who was quick to understand the problem and helped her heart out to make my wife comfortable and happy with her travel arrangements.”
