“Ms. Kim took my call to discuss about the flight schedule change. She took utmost care and went above and beyond to make sure our needs are met for our overseas visit. I have to compliment her for exceptional and diligent customer service! She was proficient, patient and pleasant! I am amazed by their prompt email responses to our requests/questions. I would definitely consider this Travel Agency for future travel arrangemets. Great post sales support!”

“NED SMITH and EMMA Both Ned and Emma were wonderful. They were very proactive and helpful. Emma made sure that I receive a call from Ned exactly when the check-in window opened. Ned very patiently and successfully checked us in with all our extra baggage and special requests. Thank you both and thank you Travelopod.”
