“I had a disaster experience with them booking me a through flight from Denver to Bangalore with first flight as United and second one as Lufthansa. While booking they mentioned everything would be smooth but when checkin I am unable to select seat in second flight. The experience is completely bad. Being travel agents they should be aware of this situation. Will never use them for ticket booking.”

“Booked tickets from the US. Had a question 12hrs before the flight. Travelopod called me within minutes of sending an email on my cellphone in India and resolved the issue. This was at 12AM in the morning! Thanks Stella for calling and resolving the issue. It was awesome to have a travel agent take care of the issue and give definitive answers.”

“My experience with Ned was pleasant. He helped me with referral form to get referral bonus. Although, I suppose to receive a call from them, but nobody called. Finally someone didn’t transfer the call and helped me. I hope, I don’t need to wait too long to get referral bonus. Thank you Ned!”
