“we had booked two business class tickets from US to India. But unfortunately, we had to change the tickets. From last 5 days we are calling Travelopod but we are told that someone will get back to us. Today we called asking for that person and found that he is on vacation. We fear that we will not be able to change the tickets due to such service. We are not allowed to escalate the issue since we cannot talk with the managers. that too after buying so many business class tickets from them.”

“I called Stella on February 3rd regarding my tickets to India and there was some confusion so she told me that she will into in and will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. She did call me back and followed up with me. I really appreciate that she remembered to follow up with me. Very great customer service. Thank you Stella!”
