“Phone first time to cancel my flight to Philippines due to lockdown and FCA travel advise . Been Told to call Singapore airlines 5 hours on a phone in the end they told me that travel agent should fallow policy what is posted on a website . They didn't understand why I contacted them ?! Now can't reach this so call "company " if I not receive my money back I taking you to small court claim is only 70£ , what in the end will be pay by you ! Scammers absolutely disgusting practise !”

“Dont use them they are just a bunch fools who like to just rip you off. That's the only help you get of these guys. I'm mixed race and I'm telling you straight use your research and get yourself a well established company from the UK. Dont settle for money's like these”

“My airline cancelled my flight (due to Coronavirus) though it is every where on the news and i have recieved emails from airline provider that my flight is cancelled, Travel trolley is unable to issue a refund as they have not heard from the airline. They keep asking me to contact the following day. No one is making the effort to chase the airline or ask airline to give permission. I spoke to different people and the worse customers service was recieved by Karan who was really rude and was not helping. He kept asking me to disconnect my call and call back again.”

“do not use this company. called to ask about changing my flights, perfectly acceptable question amidst a pandemic, was met by a blunt phone operative that simply said not refundable. that was not obvious when booking, but i will checking. Only when i pushed further he did he say i could move the flights a couple of months. He had zero compassion for the huge amount he was telling me that I had no lost. awful experience, will never use again.”

“Same situation as others in this forum ... booked ticket through this company to travel to India first week April now it’s not possible due visa ban. Gulf air says we should get full refund or another date but travel trolley don’t want to do anything.”

“NEVER BOOK in this company. They are the WORST! I've called a million times regarding a full refund because the place that we are suppose to go are on a lockdown. They've asked us to pay extra money if we rebook our flight. They were unhelpful and was screaming to us over the phone. NEVER USE THIS TRAVEL COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT.”

“I have booked ticket to go to india in April after the news that india banning all tourist from 13th March to 15th April, I called several times and asked the option What we have and every time different people picked up the call and said different things, asking me to pay for change of date which is not true, clearly the airline website mentioned that if you have booked tickets By travel agent call your travel agent, they will refund money or change the date in free, and they have asked me to pay for it double amount, Never use this agent for booking any tickets, All scam, hope your company go to hell but definitely I will take you to the court if you still charging any single penny, Wait and watch”

“I tried to find out any sort of information regarding my flight to Vietnam and the VISA waiver ban, but unfortunately they couldn't help. It is unacceptable as a travel company you used to book your flights with to not be aware of the latest decisions made by the destination country. Absolutely lack of respect from the customer service contact person and major disappointment from the company itself.”

“Avoid totally scam Took my money and no e ticket received.I paid to book Gulf air ticket. Now saying email us and we refund you in 8 weeks . Totally scam . I’m now requesting refund through my back .Reporting fraud to business ombudsman and IATA . Ref (XUZLRG)”

“Before I booked a return flight fir my elderly mother I checked the cost to change her flight in case this was needed - $200. When I went to changer her flight I was quoted $1000!! Avoid this company. Book direct with the airline”

“Avoid them at all cost. We bought a ticket to Singapore 4 months ago. BA cancelled the flight providing reschedule flight but it's not convenient to us. We asked for full refund, travel trolley said refund is not an option. We checked with BA who confirmed we can get full refund but we need to get refund from agent. We are battling with travel trolley at the moment. Nightmare and stressful. We will not buy from travel trolley again.”

“They told me I'd receive a full refund for my flight to Japan. It was cancelled due to the coronavirus. They said it'd take 4 weeks to get my money back. I'm on week 5 and still nothing, they're advising me to call back in another 2 weeks. Meanwhile I'm massively out of pocket.”

“DO NOT USE travel trolley. They are the worst I have ever used. I booked a ticket with them a few weeks ago, called today just to double check a few things for them to tell me, by the way your flight time has changed and been bought forward by 2 hours. i was confused as no one even called me to tell me .. which means i would have turned up to the airport and missed my flight. i then checked my luggage to be told that i couldnt take any on apart from hand luggage. again i was shocked as this is always included and i did not have an option to add on luggage. which i stressed to them. Travel trolley did not want to know and said it was my problem. i assured them i did not see it and if i did i would have clicked the option / or just booked directly through the airline as it would have worked out cheaper. it doesnt make sense. they also told me they cannot help and i cannot get a refun. they also cannot add the bad even though i was willing to pay. i believe travel trolley are there to trick and conn you into paying more money. never will i use again, be careful.”

“As per my experience it was easy and simple without much ads. Of course no hidden charges , you pay what you see that's it your done. Got my tickets within minutes and that too for a cheaper price compared to other sites. But go for it only if your travel is fixed , exchange or postponement comes with higher cost. I haven't travelled yet. I will share the experience if I get any issues during travel.”

“They have cancelled my flight via Hong Kong and could not offer any substitute. Refund of money will take 4-6 weeks ( JOKE indeed!!!!!!!), 2 alternatives they offer - required to pay 180£ and 390£ extra and it's more expensive than ticket from airlines directly. Rubbish !!!!”
