“Please be advised that this company could arbitrary change hotel and its locations without informing you. I've booked - and prepaid - an hotel in Lithuania for 5 days and with my surprise I've discovered that the hotel was not accepting new clients. A paper attached to the front door was saying to contact another hotel which was far away from the location choosen. Please note that I was discharged from the hospital that morning and my only aim was to find a bed as soon as possible and near to the hospital. I've reached the new proposed Hotel with a taxi and using my own funds. The hotel booked for me was located in the city centre - in a very noisy area - when originally booked an hotel near to a park for a comfortable recover.
I want to remark thar nobody has informed me either via email or telephone regarding the reservation change.
Travel up customer shocked me with this answer: "Unfortunately this is the hotel's decision and beyond our control. We cannot help you any further. Thanks.Lloyd"”
