“I wasn’t thrilled about the last minute cancellation of my flight but it was sorted as best as could be by the customer services from travel up called Nash Davies.”
“BA cancelled our flight, and not very responsive or helpful in sorting it out. Russell and Muhammad Ibrhim took up the slack for BA and shorted everything. Then when BA failed to send tickets and were cutting of calls to the helpline Travel up helped again. We would have been really stuck without them. They appeared to be working far more hours than they advertised. The communication was excellent and they didn't let us down. BA could learn a lot from them.”
“Booked HOTEL ONLY through travel up and paid the deposit. Paid the remaining balance two weeks later. I wasn’t able to pay online and emailed the company who generated a new payment link for me a few hours after email (Faraz Ali) around 4am. I called the hotel at 12pm to confirm booking and they had my reservation details. I was relieved, especially after seeing the negative reviews. Glad I booked with them. I saved over $3,000!”
