I asked for a telephone number to speak to the airline as I was struggling to get through to them and was told they do not have a number. It took me two days to resolve the issue by the airline NOT TravelUp. I will never book through them again and strongly recommend that others should consider this before booking.”

“When you get stuck making your booking, Travelup is the way to go. They first listen to where you got stuck and then one step at a time the problem is unpicked. I especially liked the fact that I was told that I did not need to rush when I was filling in some details online and it was taking me a while. The operative, a Mr. Samer Akhter told me he would be there for me so not to worry -just take my time. And when I made a mistake and had to start again, it was as if that was not a problem. Talk about being "mega-patient!" That is what he was - patient. He also waited to ensure that I received the confirmation email.
