“After having called and emailing Travelup, a few times, I have been assured my flights, both inbound and outbound are confirmed. Kyle Roberts was very helpful in confirming everything with me and assuring me that I would receive updated tickets with 24-48hrs of the phone call.
I eagerly await my tickets and look forward to to my holiday now.
The only gripe I have is that although everything is confirmed on the app, I was still told to confirm the booking via email, which is fine. However, this was not mentioned on the email to show new flight times. It was only after I called I learnt I had to do this. So I have now confirmed twice!!”

I personally do not recommand you guys to go with Travelup.
On other hand would like to rate the top performance of 'Kyle Roberts'. I had a very bad experience with Travelup and customer service, No ine from customer service wants to help me. I called Travelup on many times and request them to book my flight with voucher, few times travelup agents were simply keep me on hold for hours or keep them self on mute and do not speak a word. Below are few calls what I remember were:
On 28-07-2022 at 14:50 - spoke to Jana - Said will call back - She did not call back
On 04-08-2022 at 16:47 - spoke to Junaid - said will send email - Never received it
On 04-08-2022 at 17:55 - spoke to kyle - said will email and call back -Appreciate his honesty and effort - He did email me and called back
My voucher was not issued and need to chase travelup for 1 year to issue it.
On 21-11-2021 at 14:10 - spoke to Bryne - he issues a voucher of amount £340 valid untill 30th Sept 2023.
Now today, Kyle called and said the voucher is of £173. I was so fedup if travelup. I just said ok please book it because this was from Novenber 2020. It is not fully resolved with a satisfactory result and unfortunately unwillingly I had to book it through them with the voucher. The voucher Should be used on British Airways and Should be from Travelup. The voucher amout what was issued is not the same, which was very disappointing, not sure who took my money. I try call British Airways they said please contact the Travelup for the answer, and Travelup do not have answer for it.
I still do not recommand the Travelup, unfortunately if you are still with them for any reason you can request to speak to the agent Kyle Roberts.
Kyle took the responsibility to get my booking done, thanks Kyle.

Very helpful today when booking a flight which we had a credit voucher for due to previous COVID cancellations. Was helpful throughout the 2hrs on the phone, and found us a flight £500 cheaper than what we found initially. Was sorted as quickly as possible over the phone, which can be difficult but Ayesha was patient throughout which was very useful.”
“I called several times for my amended e ticket. I called and travel up would put me on hold for ages eventually the call would disconnect. The only person that was extremely helpful was Asad Khan who sent me my e ticket as soon as I had spoken with him on the phone, but that was after I had called travel up thousands of times. Happy that Asad sorted the issue though and nice to know some members of travel up do their job effectively and efficiently.”
