“Dreadful experience spent most of my time on hold waiting to get through. After 15 mins wait the phone was put down on more than 5 occasions when I was supposed to fly the day after. Constant cancellation of my flight after taking payment 3 times and offered no help at all. Barely any English spoken on the phone would not recommend”

“We wanted to give our sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service that Nash Davies provided. We book our family vacation with Travel up and when I tried to check in for the flight British Airways said my daughter’s reservation didn’t have a ticket attached to the reservation. After 3 hours on the phone with the airline ,I was getting no where so I decided to call travel up and spoke with Nash, who listen was so reassuring, and was willing to help. He stayed on the line while I called the airline back and waited with me until they answered. Nash then provided the airline with the ticket /reservation information and ensured that I would not have any issues at check in.
