“Mr. Noman Aslam helped me to reschedule my flight for my family. I did not manage to get what I requested but my flight was rescheduled. Mr Noman Aslam was very helpful to resolved the issue. Over the last few days I came across different representative from Travelup customer services most of them very helpful especially Rio, Shahrukh Syed, Enson but Mr Daniel Garreth was very abrupt representative. Gareth needs to learn etiquettes to speak to frustrated customers. He was keep saying that you were wasting my time and using threatening abusive language, ignoring customers frustration,. On top of that was giving false information such as rescheduling will take 3 to 5 weeks till that time don't contact us. This kind of behavior is really shameful for the Travelup company. I hope you will take account of my comments for future development. Finally I was very satisfied with Mr Noman Aslam responses for my query.”

Following a very frustrating and unexpected situation of British Airways (BA) cancelling my outbound flight from UK to USA without any notice to me or TravelUp (TU). I only noticed when logging onto the BA app following a CheckMyTrip app notification there was a change in the time with the return flight. I strongly recommend regular flight status checks using the BA website/app. On BA app when I checked the small time change I also noticed a complete cancellation of part of the USA to UK flight with offer of an alternative flight which I accepted. This is when I noticed the UK to USA flight had completely vanished without notice. Resulting in me calling TU to investigate.
TU themselves handled my call calmly and effectively which is expected when paying for the £25 gold service. I don't know if I would get the same service without the gold service. Even with the gold service it is best to fully use the 24/7 freephone number. 2 diff calls made at 8pm had me on hold for 45mins before I could get through to a human.
I changed tactic & called at 6am for an update and spoke with Nash who managed to contact BA and rebook the UK to USA flight at a later time on the same day which was not ideal but better than a full cancellation. I was offered a full refund in the form of a voucher valid for 1 yr or rebooking the UK to USA flight there and then. The call with Nash was no more than 45mins from start to finish.”
“Customer/admin care is really bad. for any change for which the airlines gives you flexibility, Travel up doesnot pass you those flexibility . Booking through their customer care, they donot provide you the correct information and keep trying to push the price up than the one you can check on their own website . Go directly to the airline to book”
“We had British Airway flights booked with Travel Up and unfortunately British Airways had rescheduled the times. Due to now only having a 52 mins lay over, this was not doable with a teenager with special needs. Noman soon sorted the issue out for us and managed to get us booked onto a later flight.”

“I have seen many reviews regarding Travel-Up. The good reviews mostly come from customers who are lucky enough to have nothing to go wrong. The bad reviews seem to center around trying to obtain any sort of refund. I now know why. I had a hotel reservation scheduled for 11/24/2021. Travel-Up charged my card for $634.67. A family emergency forced me to cancel on 11/23/2021. Both Travel-Up and the hotel were personally notified by me of the cancellation. Now almost 2 months later I am still receiving lame excuses such as "we are having difficulty with our supplier" and have received NOTHING as a refund. Their customer service is among the worst I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and do not book any travel with this company.”
“Emails are forwarded to admin, who are sadly deceased or sadly not bothered. They don’t pick up phone. Been waiting for a refund for 2 generations now as my kids ticket will not be an adult ticket. British Airways brilliant, agreed our refund but middleman travelup just shifty bandits. Don’t give the thieves your money.”
“I've had some good customer service from Harley. I was concerned after reading the reviews especially after our flights were cancelled and we've asked for a refund. This one is as I've got my t&c's printed out - says full refund - see you in court just chased today I'll spend the cost of my ticket to get my £50 admin fee back / it's so bad they never get back to you it's the worst company I've ever had to deal with”
