“The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I found them very difficult and unhelpful. In a stressful situation they seemed to make the situation worse. Speaking to them was difficult and not easy to understand.

“I was contacted about a change to the time of one of my flights, and was asked to reply to the email to confirm my acceptance of the changes. I took the opportunity to ask a question when I replied. The customer service rep Liam Johnson didn't reply to my question in his response, so I asked it again, plus one more question. This time he replied to my first question but not the second. So I left it at that! I'll check directly with the airline. He responded pretty quickly but could do with reading the customer emails fully and replying in full at first go, to save customer frustration (we don't like being ignored).”

All I wanted to do was book luggage he said can't do it call british airways I waited a whole Hour for him to tell me that when I called british airways They said it's the agent you booked from they must do it. “I booked a hotel through TravelUp for two nights. I paid cancellation insurance fee. Due to bad weather I couldn’t make it to my destination for the first night. I emailed and called them( no answer but left a voice message) early in day to cancel the first night because of flight delay. When I got to my destination the following evening I took taxi from airport to the hotel only to be told my reservation was canceled because I was a no show. I called TravelUp and spoke to a gentleman who said they had notified the hotel and will work on getting my money back. Later they email me to say that the hotel will not refund me.”

I never leave reviews but I spent £600 on a flight which was cancelled and they had the nerve to only refund me £23!!
On top of this, they were making the refund process incredibly hard and difficult by asking me to confirm my card details etc. which im sure you all know is very unusual and there's no need for it.
i urge you to go with someone else. they are a fraud!”
