“Our BA flight was cancelled and we were unable to make new bookings via the airline so called TravelUp. I did have to wait quite a long time for an operator but received an email within the hour as they promised and the bookings were changed very quickly by an operator called Roy Edwards, so I was impressed by his speed and efficiency. I have not given 5 stars purely because of the wait time but he deserves a good rating for the speed of sorting this out!”
“I have just called one of the operator @ 16:40 he was very rude on the phone and hung up on me.
Was not willing to listen to me at all.
This is the third time i am calling the same they keep on lying about everything.
Operators are extremely rude

BA cancelled my flight and put me on different flight with different departure time which will eventually cause me to miss my connecting flight.
Asad Khan did his best to get me a suitable flight on the same date.”
“I had booked flights to NZ in July and received E- Ticket documentation confirming booking. However, recently I received an e-mail direct from Qatar Airways saying that due to operational reasons my flights had been changed and that I should contact my travel agent to discuss the matter further - I was not impressed to say the least, especially as it was a no reply e-mail address!!
However, the good news is that when I contacted Travelup they very quickly found out what was going on and re-issued my E-Ticket confirming my new booking (the problem arose because of a 5-minute change to one departure date!!).

“Booked flights on a Monday only notified on Thursday flights had gone up by £100 each flight after receiving a confirmation email they were booked, how are they allowed to do that. The advisor then charged the incorrect amount on the extra payment, incompetent, do not use!!”
