“I understand there are some negative review, so when I got message from BA that my return flight got cancelled, I was in a bit panic as the phoneline was far too busy and very long que waiting. So I decided to send an email to request a new flight.
I was so impressed by the speed of response, within 24 hours , I got a reply and got an offer of alternative flight without any problem. Supper smooth and excellent service. Confirming the reservation with the line 'Please note that your reservation is well confirmed' is appalling English and unprofessional, the hotel consultant, Faraz Ali, may as well have ended the confirmation with 'innit, bruv'.”
