“Need to cancel my ticket due to illness of a family member. Pretty good service especially from Nash Davies. I've not rated higher because you can't do this online and have to call a person which can result in a substantial wait on the phone.
But, in the end the agent managed to get a flight voucher for the full ticket amount valid for 18 months. Only downside - you have to book the flight with them rather than direct with the airline.”
