“I was left anxious for 72 hours when I discovered that the hotel knew nothing about my reservation for 2 rooms when I booked via TravelUp. However, Faraz was true to his word and after those 72 anxious hours had slowly passed, the confirmation with the Hotel Booking Reference came through by email. All seems to be well now. Well done Faraz.”
“I wanted to make a change to my booking within 12 hours however they said it will cost an additional £300. They booked the wrong date & when I said I need it changing “oh man, any changes are per fare rule”
