“flight with BA was cancelled and was issued a travel voucher but had to pay travelup 60£ in rebooking fees just to rebook my flight. This was after heavy negotiating with them as they originally wanted to charge 75£. Absolute scammers. Would avoid”

“worthless company that will undoubtably steal your money. This place is not legitimate and needs to be shut down by the US government. They are dishonest and do nothing to protect your reservations or money. If Travelup has the opportunity to rip you off they will absolutely do it. They need to be held criminally liable for their actions and stealing from everyday citizens. Unfortunately the travel industry is not regulated much like most industries.”
