Hi I recently booked my tickets to india through a friend on your travel up website.
Can I change the flight booking.
I am due to go on the 16/10/19 and return on the 03/11/19.
From birmingham to Delhi India.
Reason being I have found out it is cheaper to change the days and flight.
As for the balance of the price difference, I was planning on using that to make a new booking Feb next year. Through your company, just want to find out if this is possible?
I have booked hotel reservations with travelup and am quite concerned about handing over full payment given the amount of people on here stating that they cannot get refunds from this company.
Cancel or not to cancel?
My friends told me to book trhough TraveUp as they had an excellent experience however, I missed my flight due to an emergency and wanted to re-instate the ticket for the next day but was told it will cost almost same price as the original ticket. Is this true?
If I book a hotel through your site, how soon after confirmation from your company can I call the hotel directly to confirm the details of my booking and make any special requests (i.e. bed arrangement, etc.)?
Booked with travel up.
Arrived at our booked hotel at 3am and they had no record of our booking.
Luckily the night manager let us use a room for a couple of hours.
When the morning manager arrived we were told they have phoned around and found we have been booked at a completely different hotel in a different part of Kos.
We called travel up to express our dissatisfaction as its not what we booked.
They advised us we did book and go to the correct hotel in the begining and they would need to investigate.
Nearly 10 hours later, more calls to travel up and the issue is still not resolved. Were still at a hotel we didn't book and dont like.
Very upset and angry that our holiday has turned into a nightmare
This all happened over 4 weeks ago.
We have contacted your customer service by phone over 10 times and not once had a call returned as jad been promised each time.
We have raised a complaint by email
AND STILL NO REPLY

hi ive just booked flights with you too Bermuda ive recievced the booking information just waiting for E-ticket now. My question is I have a baby in April i havent put her on the booking can i add her on at a later date when she is here can i do it through you or would it be better to contact British Airways themselves. As she will only be 6 months old she will not need a seat and will be on my lap.
yes you can add a baby on to your booking once the baby will be born you can contact us we will add the infant on to the booking the prices will be according to the availability of the infant at the time.

If I book a flight through you that has British Airways as the "preferred partner", what would happen if the first flight operated by LATAM was delayed so that I missed the BA connection flight. Would BA ensure that I am put on another flight at no cost?
