“Lisa Jane was really helpful. I was confused about whether I had been sent my e-tickets and she was very helpful and explained how the e-tickets actually worked (including how to view them on the airlines website)”
“They were not easy to get hold of, repeated calls, long time on hold when you get through. I had Travel Vouchers issued by TravelUP last year due to the US closing its borders because of COVID. We could not travel. I tried to use a travel voucher in March and was told by a TravelUP representative that I couldn't they were not valid on the flights I wanted (but they were BA flights and the original tickets were BA as well!).
This time I spoke to ROMAISA KHURRAM, she was great, said whatever I had been told was an error and she would look into it. She rebooked tickets and I'm ready to go this year.”
“After calling for 3days i finally resolved my issue Abdur Rahman helped me and issued my ticket which i was promised by other staff which did not happen..
Overall cuatomer service does need to be improved.”
