“I ordered the Pure Boar Bristle brush in the small extra size along with the Rake comb. I have fine, wavy, dark blonde yet thick hair and the brush was perfect for my needs. I already had the mixed bristle Junior brush, but wanted to try the all boar bristle in spite of my doubts it would be able to penetrate or detangle hair. It is absolutely perfect and so much more gentle on my hair than the Junior. If I am in need of serious detangling, I still need the Junior though. If I need light detangling or conditioning of my hair, the Small Extra is all I need. As for the Rake comb, it glides through my hair like butter while distributing conditioner through my hair in the shower. I am very impressed with my items as well as the service of Tressence. The delivery was fairly quick, the items as promised, and I never worried about the authenticity of anything. If I ever need another Mason Pearson product, I will continue to come back here for them. Thank you very much, Tressence!”
