“I've had two Mason Pearson brushes in 40 years and wanted to gift my daughter one this holiday. She inherited my head of hair and also wears it long. I especially wanted her to have the pink 'popular' style since it's her favorite color - this year. Not easy to find pink in stock, but Tressence had it. When I needed to call the distributor on two occasions, the owner, Howard, picked up the phone and immediately addressed my needs. Now to wrap for Xmas.”

“The Mason Pearson brush is a superb product and I received excellent service from Howard during the ordering process. My only complaint is that it took over a week to arrive but that is not the fault of Tressence but of USPS. If using UPS would not add to the cost, I would recommend using them for shipping. Regardless, I look forward to ordering the Mason Pearson detangling brush from Tressence in the near future! In this day and age, good customer service is hard to come by. Howard was a gem and I thank him for all of the time he spent with me explaining the different Mason Pearson brushes.”
