“I ordered the Nike Air Max Lunar1 "Kabutomushi" http://www.triads.co.uk/triads-mens-c1/footwear-c24/trainers-c211/qs-air-max-lunar1-deluxe-kabutomushi-collection-antarctic-orange-p71147 - that's the Triads page for it, or if they sell out, here's a picture: http://content.nike.com/content/dam/one-nike/en_us/season-2014-ho/Shop/LAUNCH/12-27/Nike-Air-Max-Kabutomushi-Lunar-1-Pair.jpg.transform/default/image.jpg I couldn't find this shoe anywhere else - it came out a year or two ago, but Triads had it, and it was even on a sale price! Even with shipping cost to the United States (which I note was very reasonable considering Triads is in England), it was less expensive than the shoe cost when it was first released. It was shipped out within a day, and it came here in good time. Thanks, Triads!”

“I've been looking for these shorts and since I was in America last year and was over the moon when I found them here - and at a great price too. Only criticism would be the delay in sending them. However I was always dealt with very courteously when I called to enquire. Thanks”

“Unfortunately, didn't rate my experience with Triads particularly well. Contacted them 6 days after making the order to find out if my items had been despatched, but heard nothing back from them. Then 8 days after placing the order I finally got a despatch notice, with them then arriving the next day. Wont be using again.”

Hi sorry about your order we do apologize we were overwhelmed with orders due to further reductions we did mail people & ask them to give us a little more patience in heavy sale periods & also upgraded standard deliveries to a next day service

Hi Ebrima There was a misunderstanding on this order as you put down an incorrect billing address which raises your credit score & delays your order. Secondly you asked for the goods to be collected in store when we are based on Teesside & you are up in Edinburgh. I believe we got a little cross wired there? Warm regards
