“Somehow my payment had been taken twice....computer glitch i think...was easily sorted out by the staff after a quick e mail...Trainers delivered the next day with no hassle unlike some other retailers I've dealt with recently....would defo use again !!”

“It's the 1st time I've purchased from Triad but certainly not the last. The Adidas I purchased from you were such a good price (Still being sold on Adidas official site for twice as much) I'm still in shock. Not only that but they were ready for delivery the following day and I placed my order in the afternoon. All in all a great experience shopping with you and I look forward to using your services again.”

“There was a mistake with the size of my jeans, but I found the triad team really helpful, do think return labels should be included with your purchase, I am not too savy on the laptop yet, but process could be made easier., BUT, do rate this site, and the mistake was put right, and it is a definite favourite.”
