“Ordering was straight forward. Item arrived shortly afterwards. Able to collect from local shop on a Sunday (which was helpful). Driving licence details taken before item was handed over which was a bit time consuming, I would have thought showing your licence to proved i.d. would have been enough as I also had the order print out with me. Seems Triads are very thorough. Wouldn't stop me using this service again though.”

“Very very quick delivery - thank you for that. No tags on trainers, both trainers laced and right trainer grubby both on the underside and face of leather. Same trainer stuffed with a sheet of old newspaper. Clearly these trainers were either ex display with the right trainer having been tried on previously by numerous potential customers or were returned by a previous customer. Emailed Triads, no apology received, just advised that I can return them if I wish. Not the best first time purchase experience.”

“Ordered some Boss Shoes last week. Best price around. Decided to collect in Store because I work in the Boro. Nipped in to get them one day and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Shoes were perfectly packaged and I'm really pleased with them. Top prices, top quality goods and quality service. What more do you need?”
