“I bought a mens short sleeve Vivienne Westwood shirt from triads and the shirt came next day delivery. I was updated at various points throughout my shirts journey by text which was put my mind at rest. Unfortunately the shirt was too small and I had to return it. Triads have a prepaid returns service and all I had to do was take the shirt to the post office and they took care of the rest. I had a full refund back into my account within a week. I would definitely recommend triads to anyone who likes high end fashion and there service is first class.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received especially when I ordered two garments one on my credit card and one on a debit card and was rang to say that due to the total of the garments I would qualify for free delivery which I think was very observant of the ordering department and very generous considering had they left it with the two separate orders I would have had to pay for both deliveries, also the delivery man was very pleasant and polite. 10/10”

“Wrong item sent. Couldn't be bothered to send back so kept it. No compensation offered. Won't be shopping with again. Lost a good customer I spend at least 5k a year on clothes.”

“Easy, quick and with great stock you can't really go wrong with Triads! I've purchased items of clothing on several occassions with Triads when my local streetwear store doesn't have my favoured items in stock and Triads never dissapoint. I've had each and every item the very next day when ordering before three o' clock and the clothing is always in fantastic standard; never wrinkled or rolled in a way that you'll need to get your auld' Mum to iron it back to shape. The customer service is also of the highest quality; quick, in depth replies that get straight to the point. Triads is the best of the best and other clothing stores should take notice!”

“My third/fourth online purchase over at triads. Had a recent purchase of nike shoes. But few late hours later triads refunded the paypal payment. Had email trads asking the reason but no answer. Wish you guys replied so i can decide to further purchase on other website so i dont miss purchasing the item.”
