“I got a half price deal on the shoes I ordered, and they arrived very quickly. However, one of the shoes has clearly been on display as it is visibly faded compared to the other. I don't recall seeing this mentioned on the site. I'd assumed the shoes were on sale because they were end of line, rather than damaged.”

Hi can you please return the shoes for a full refund if you are not happy. We are really sorry and do apologize if one item has been in the shop window? Its really surprising though as they should have been checked before dispatch? regards

“5 stars for quick service but box came dented, ripped and held together with tape. The trainers are brilliant box was shocking. Really upsetting as the box is important for collectors”
