“Firts time buyer off the website and unfortunately, I can't really say it's been a pleasure. I ordered well before the 3pm mark for next day delivery only to have to wait TWO days for my vivienne westwood clutch (which I needed for an event I had to attend). I gave the customer services a call the day I was expected my order to ask what was going on only to be told there's been a back log and the deliveries were slightly delayed! Why pay for next day delivery if you can't promise it?! By the way, just to make it better I got a pound off my order for the delay, helpful....not. When my clutch finally arrived there were marks on the front and back! If I didn't need it for a special event and they weren't all sold out rest assured I would be sending it back!! If you're going to order from here be prepared to be disappointed!”

Hello Sandeep, Apologies for the experience you've described. We do of course try our best to get next day delivery orders out and 99% of the time we do so successfully. However, you placed the order whilst we were experiencing an unprecedented volume of orders and we do apologise that we fell a little behind. Regarding the refunded £1 we did that by way of apology as you received a 'standard' service rather than 'next day'. We're also disappointed to learn of the marks on the bag. If you were unhappy with this we would of course accept a return. We hope you'll consider shopping with us in the future and rest assured any future orders will be treated with the utmost care, something we always strive to do.

“This was my first time ordering from Triads and won't be my last. Shipping was fast considering I live in the U.S. The boots that I ordered are perfect (Diemme Roccia Due). I got them on sale and the Triads customer service team helped me pick the right size and they surprisingly fit me perfectly the first time (not something that happens a lot when you order brands you've never worn before online). Thanks Triads!”
