“I didnt receive my delivery, in DPD website it says that they didnt found my adress (besides everything is correct at it), and I dont have any answer of triads about it. My first buy at triads and I do not recomend at all.”

“They are advertising and actually allowing you to purchase items that are non existent and was told on day of delivery they dont have the product after I'd called, have to wait 3 to 5 working days for a refund”

“Trainers were stained, had to be returned at my own cost. Was not informed they has been received nor that they were unable to exchange as last pair. Had to phone up and ask. Still not had a refund”

“Very hostile and unfriendly experience with Triads recently. My husband ordered some clothing online which wasn’t suitable, the items were going to cost £13 to return via post so I decided to return them myself. I approached the desk with my items and was made to feel very uncomfortable. Attitude and customer service was very poor! Won’t be ordering anything in future from this shop”

“Returns process lengthy and confusing. Top was misleading. Picture did not show style of top. It appeared as a crew neck fit but when received was very very very low neck. Disappointed thoroughly especially as I had to pay for a item that was misdescribed. Will not use triads again”

“Delivery was a let down, delivered on 3rd attempt after buying high profile trainers 1st time buyer and it has left a bad taste so will not be purchasing from this site again, had to call to find out the reasons behind the messed up deliveries nothing was refused my end but that was the paper left and I don’t see the point of having my mobile details if no initiative person(s) is going to use it, to find out if I can come out and sign for my trainers. After all that stress opened up the parcel The Nike trainers box was battered not good presentation for the amount I paid. Unpleasant shopping experience overall for a nice pair of trainers.”

“Their same day shipping is actually 4-days from the date of purchase. They don’t send you the tracking number and don’t reply to your emails. Their costumer service seems to be non-exsistent.”

Hi your order was packed the same day however was after our cut off date & as it was late friday fed ex do not pick up until the monday which was new years eve. Fed ex would have then emailed you the tracking number. Unfortunately you have been emailing over the holiday period when the store was closed we do apologize for this however everyone needs a holiday so sorry for the inconvenience though Also next day dispatch only covers UK mainland orders however as shippers take longfer to ship overseas especially in your case of singapore. Happy new year

Hi your shoes were received friday however our internet team on there return to work on monday have refunded you. There was as far as we can see a minimal colour difference however the customer is always right so sorry.

“Sent parcel had the wrong address on it so never got it 3 weeks chasing and asking for refund or to help me track parcel was told its tough and I wouldn't get neither a refund pair of trainers, have send over 30 emails to get laughed at clearly got ripped of for £100 right on top off Xmas and will be 1 main present short on Xmas day Disgusting”
