“Fantastic service, spoke to a guy in the shop for advice before ordering as it was a fairly high value item. Ordered my Jacket on line at 3.00pm on Friday afternoon (Free Delivery) expected it might arrive by the following Monday or Tuesday at the earliest given it was the lead up to Christmas. Got a Text later that day advising it would be delivered next day (Saturday) between 1.00pm & 2.00pm Jacket arrived at 1.15pm nicely boxed and packaged. Would definitely use Triad again especially if you can next day delivery Free of Charge, including on this occasion a Saturday. Great all round service. Satisfied Customer Nottingham.”

“No concerns over product or transaction however the delivery was outrageous. The delivery man left our parcel in a recycling bin some 20 houses down the road we live at...!!??!! Hard to understand how it ended up there as the address on the parcel was correct and we provided clear instructions to leave the parcel with next door neighbour in case of our absence.”

“Great service when your buying ....but be aware if you want a refund or exchange after the time they state they WILL NOT help or even answer email so we are having to try and resell item on eBay !!!!!!!!! I will never buy from them again ....Rude company”

“The person delivered my parcel around the corner! Luckily they brought it to my house, I was told the deliverer "couldn't find the address." It should have been sent to the local post office not a stranger that could have stolen my order!”

“Ordered next day delivery and my package didn't arrive for 5 days. I complained in my (pretty long) email and received a short response to tell me that they were over run with black Friday orders and I would receive it today. I then got a seemingly automated email to say it had only been dispatched that day! I wasn't even offered my money back for false next day delivery. Oh and when the shoes came they were fine but the box was totally battered and out of shape - my partner will probably think I got these pricey shoes off ebay or something. All in all disappointing.”
