Hi Dpd state the item was left in a safe place. However you claim you haven't got the parcel. GPS has the van outside your property when the item was delivered. We have also opened a claim with the couriers who are investigating your claim as you are fully aware. I am sure this will be resolved very shortly. regards

“I ordered this product from another international supplier. They never arrived and I am still struggling to receive refund. I then order with Triads and the overall experience was outstanding. The purchase process was simple and customer service re tracking etc was an absolute treat. My purchase arrived at my front door here in Queensland Australia soon after I made the purchase. The marvels of IT and international flights! The items I ordered were well packed and are of the highest quality.”

“Good price on the item. Item was not delivered next day even though I paid extra for this. Emailed Triads about this and got a nonchalant email blaming it on the delivery company.”

Hi Your order came in & was shipped same day for next day delivery. Unfortunately the courier which delivers nearly all parcels next day did not complete your delivery on next day & it was delivered the following working day. We do apologize for our couriers we do understand this is disappointing for people however it does not happen very rarely so sorry.

“got a pair of nike air max 95 sneakers £50 off came about 2 or 3 days later well packaged in a cardboard box. Missed out on a great filson coat great sale price had to choose one or the other SNEAKERS WON. TRIADS quality site great brands great deals just wish i had more cash to get some of the things that caught my eye like that FILSON JACKET :-( KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS”
