“Not in original packaging, no returns label, jacket didn't have a fresh feel like a new oily Barbour should. It felt like the jacket had been sitting out of its packaging for some time.”

“Ordered a Vivienne Westwood bag, its very nice, good quality and as pictured. Delivered quickly however packaging was poor for an expensive item arrived in a plastic bag no bubble wrap or anything to protect it.”

“Excellent retailer, and superb logistics. The delivery was a day earlier than anticipated and the Courier used is one of the best. Highly professional from start to finish. I am a fellow independent retailer selling expensive British & german kitchen furniture so appreciate how hard it is in todays busy world of internet, and high street rent/rates ever higher to make it all work for the end client. These guys do a great job, and I think they show case some lovely product. The Tricker's shoes are legendary and both the regular models plus their own bespoke MTO samples are a joy to own.”
