“"Waiting for the goods to arrive. Not received anything yet and you already asking what I think of the company.At this rate,not a lot. " Since my review the seller notified to say that they had problems with the currier.Now that the goods arrieved all I can say is that it was worth the wait.The cupboard knobs are absolutely beautiful.Real ceramic.I can highly recommend this company.”

“"\"I paid for 28 knobs on the 12th October and there were delays with the knobs arriving, When they did arrive they were a different colour to what I ordered. Trinca did refund me in full for the inconvenience."”

“We didn’t realize this company was over seas, however, the delivery only took 4 or 5 days. Prior to shipping they sent a picture of our order to confirm accuracy. The product looks just like it does on line, love them.”

“The cupboard knobs are pretty and good quality. There was an issue with DHL charging extra for a 'duty fee', but when I told Trinca Ferro they very kindly refunded me the extra £3. Trinca Ferro have been very patient with me and helpful.”

Hi Emily, Thanks so much for your review. Colours do vary a bit from monitor to monitor and we do always try to be as accurate as possible. We have never before had an issue with this product but you always have the option to return if you have had a change of mind We followed up on the review as you had emailed to say that you had difficulty accessing and required a link other and we were genuinely trying to resolve your issue. Hi Jillian, Thanks you for your message and sorry you have had an issue, our orders normally reach within 72 hours of shipping. But we have already emailed you on this issue as DHL our courier partner are saying that they do not recognise the address you have provided and this is not on their system. We have already emailed you on this earlier today in fact as your package has bounced back to us and we are trying to resolve this.
