“I have bought knobs from Trinca-FERRO a few times now, great selection, spoilt for choice, immediate despatch and super fast delivery to Ireland, with an excellent caring customer service (even replied to me on a Sunday when I had a query regarding payment). Last order was for a number of various knobs for different projects. The antique white knob with blue sprig, second time I have purchased, to take to Spain. Looks great with an old hand painted traditional Spanish sink with almost identical design...I am thrilled! I asked to swap a couple of the knobs at the last minute (and there were a few!) no problem, arrived exactly as ordered. No hesitation in recommending TF.....I will be back, my only problem is I am running out of furniture to revamp!!!”

“Easy online ordering process with good images of products, makes for a pleasant online ordering experience, I also liked the idea of sending images of the product prior to posting which exonerates Trinca-Ferro from the customer thinking damaged goods had been sent, that's very reassuring, also very happy with the quality of the goods I received and they look amazing on my newly painted wardrobe doors and has brought what were dated looking doors into the 21st century, also pleased with the delivery service supplied by DHL was kept up to date with delivery process and unusually the delivery guy was very pleasant with time to make idle chat not just deliver and run like some carriers do, all in all a good buying experience for quality products and priced very fairly too many thanks .”
