“Unbelievable service! I got a text photo of the knobs when they packed them and they arrived within 48 hours by courier. They came all the way from India in that time. They are really pretty and well made. I am thrilled.”

“After being let down by a different company by not receiving the handles I ordered I was very pleased to find these alternate ones. I was very impressed with the quick delivery and quality of the item; they are perfect to finish of the chest of drawers I just painted. The awful customer service I received from the other company made me very wary about ordering from a different company on notonthehighstreet, but the regular emails I received from Trinco Ferro restored my faith. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the handles and my entire experience dealing with this company. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.”

“An e-mail within a day showing a picture of the starfish knobs that had been checked before packing, with further emails with tracking details from DHL & delivery on the 3rd day. Amazing service & a great product.”

“Excellent communication at the start, and excellent in terms of service up until despatch. The company had an excellent quality assurance protocol whereby they sent a picture of the items before despatch. At this point, I highlighted to the company that the product appears to be the wrong colour. They assured me it was the correct colour and it was the photo that made it look that way. When i received the product, it was indeed the incorrect colour. And guess what, no reply to my emails thereafter! Seems to me that once they got the money for the items, service levels just dropped to zero. My advice is to shop elsewhere, even if it costs a little more.”

Hi Musa, Thanks for your msg and I would say that the colour is pretty much as per our site image... although this can of course vary a little from monitor to monitor. However if you were not happy we would never ignore your email and I have checked though our records and this was not received...so honestly no "Guess What..."situation here.... this is simply not our style... right or wrong we always try to resolve any situation in a satisfactory manor. And if you hadn't painted the items you could have returned and we could have certainly have swapped for something else or taken a refund. I am so sorry you were not fully satisfied. “I didn't realise when ordering that the drawer knobs would be coming from India. However I was amazed when I received the parcel just 3 days later. What fantastic service! I am delighted with the knobs they are really lovely and at a very competitive price. Thank you very much.”

“The images on the website are excellent. I received my doorknobs which looked exactly like the images. The service is excellent and I was sent a link to track delivery and also an email with images of my order ready for delivery alongside my address. Great service. “I was very impressed with the service I received from Trinca Ferro. Within two hours of ordering on-line they had sent me front and back views of the goods I was ordering shown with the packing labels. I ordered the goods at lunchtime on Friday and they arrived on the following Monday. Unfortunately I was not in to receive the goods, but it was easy to arrange for me to pick up my goods from a convenient pick up point for the next day. The goods were packed well, this was vital as the goods were made of glass. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants usual well made door knobs.”
