“Lovely ceramic doorknobs but delivery took over 10 days with no contact from TF until I contacted them to say the Items had not arrived. I was told the delivery vehicle had been in an accident, stock issues etc. To their credit, they gave me 2 extra knobs but I hadn't realised they were being shipped from a different country, India I think, so it would have been hard pushed to arrive before then anyway. Overall nice items, would I use them again? Probably.”

Hi Christine, Thanks for your comment... I am here just following up our recent reviews..and yes we are sorry as there was indeed a delay with your delivery.. in fact my records show from the tracking that there was some problem with DHL and your package was delayed for two days at one of their hubs, DHL do a fantastic job 99% of the time but I am sorry if you suffered in any way due to this delay and it caused an inconvenience, If there is something I can do to make this right please drop me a line. “The black and white bone (giraffe) door knobs were not the best. One of the four knobs does not have the screw glued on in the centre. It is off centre which is going to mean I will need to drill a hole off centre so that it sits properly. A little more care and attention to detail would have been appreciated. Even the packers could have taken more notice. Delivery time was excellent. The other knobs (ceramic kaz knob) were larger than expected.”

“Trinca Ferro has a wonderful selection of handles and knobs. I was looking to improve the appearance of my kitchen cabinets and decided on thirteen beautiful patterned ceramic knobs. They arrived quickly and are of very high quality at an excellent price. My kitchen is transformed!”

“I love my little cupboard door knobs. They are white porcelain with a clock face on. I bought them for some fitted cupboards that I have just had painted in a bluish/grey - they had previously been orange pine! They just look great - the finishing touch. Everyone who sees them loves them. The knobs arrived very promptly and were well packed. Most importantly, they were an excellent price.”

“Recently I have purchased a set of lovely (kitchen) door knobs from Trinca-Ferro. The items were as pictured on their website, they kept me informed about the delivery, and the knobs arrived very quickly with a currier company.
