“I was VERY impressed with the overall service of Trinca Ferro. Firstly, the handles I ordered were far more reasonably priced than other online stores, secondly they arrived quickly and sooner than expected. They also sent me a photograph of my order before it was packaged which I really liked. Lastly, when my handles arrived they looked fabulous and have helped transform my sad little kitchen. Excellent all round and I highly recommend them.”

“Very quick to send an email with a picture of the products I have purchased, however did not receive an email about postage and if it has been posted. I have sent an email asking if its been sent and no reply. Fantastic range of products thou.”

Hi Alex, Thanks for your msg and thanks for your comments. In fact our system does automatically send out an email with the DHL tracking number of all packages but occasionally this can go to yours spam.. perhaps this is the case in your situation. “Very good service and speedy delivery but I ordered 12 door knobs and they were very inconsistent in colouring and quality, difficult to get ones that matched well to put next to each other.”

“all well with delivery , part of product was faulty but was replaced after exchange of photos, foc, problem with our card security after transaction but dont know if this was related. in all probally would use again.”

“I was thrilled to find this source for knobs which my US retailer no longer carried. The white Lorena knobs I ordered were comparably priced and delivered very quickly. I love that I received an email with two pictures of my order prior to boxing.”
