“This company offer an eclectic range of ceramic knobs to suit all types of applications. We will definitely bu again. Their 72 delivery from Agra, India is very impressive. One very minor criticism is the provision of only 1 washer , when 2 would also allow the better tightening of the mounting flange onto the ceramic. Otherwise an excellent product with associated excellent customer service.”

“We were looking for something a little different from the norm and found Trinca Ferro through not on the high street. There was so many unusual styles to choose from. I emailed re colour and got an immediate response, ordered a sample and within 72 hours it was here. We were not disappointed and promptly ordered a complete set for our newly built wardrobes, which now stand out from the crowd. Excellent service, great communication, fair price. Would highly recommend.”

“Cheap knobs. Quite attractive and good for cupbaords etc. but beware if using for heavy duty cirumstances like kitchens etc. not reaaly up to the job for that”

Hi Hazel and thanks for your comment. Yes there does seem to have been a delay with your package delivery with the courier company. I will chase this up now. Like all e-commerce company we do have to use the major courier guys to deliver our packages, by and large they do a good job. Also certainly we do take payment before sending and I think that it is fair to say that is also a fairly normal and necessary procedure on the internet. This has no bearing on your package being delayed and I was sad to see you had the idea that we just wanted to take your payment and didn't care about the delivery. That is not the case.
