Hi Josi, Thanks for your email and so sorry about this. We have chased this and yes there does seem to have been a problem with your package due to a postcode in putting error at DHL and it is being returned to us. Hi Karen, We were surprised you have given us a bad review as we always offer a refund if the customer has a change of mind. But I would have to refute that this item is different to what you ordered…although of course images can vary a little for monitor to monitor. This distressed bone knob is a hugely popular seller and we have never had any issues before.. please see the image of what you ordered and what we sent below (the shipping images are of course unlit snapshots) All items on our site have images taken from the same batch of knobs that we ship. Maybe you messed something in the description, but sorry for any inconvenience
