“Pleased with the quality of the product but I ordered two "J" (black on white) door knobs. They must have come from two different batches as one "J" is smaller than the other.so do not match. I really needed them the same size so that they matched another pair I have.”

“The glass knobs have transformed my kitchen cupboards. They are fantastic quality and arrived very quickly especially as they were dispatched from Agra, India, which has also added to my delight as I visited India last year, so are a reminder of my time there. The knobs are Art Deco green and super quality as well as extremely easy to fit. Great communication too. Highly recommended.”

“Prompt postage. Beautiful looking knobs. Not the best quality. My husband is a builder & puts knobs on doors every second day with no problems. We have now had 2 knobs crumble in our hands & my husband got a nasty cut on his hand. We were told by Trinca the first time that we over-tightened them however, if we left them any looser - they turn in the hole. I'm still waiting on a response about the second breakage. I have also noticed on a couple of other reviews that the same thing has happened to other customers. I just hope my other 23 handles stay intact.”

Hi Rebecca Thanks for your email and so sorry you have had an issue We sell thousands of knobs each month and the defect rate is ultra low, other wise we would honestly not be able to do this. We might get the occasional issue like anyone, but I can assure you this is not common. This model is a great seller for us and has had no no issues. Please send an image, but it sounds like you may have over tightened. At some point something will give if screwed on tight. Sorry for any inconvenience Best Robert Trinca-Ferro

“I recently ordered handles from Trinca-ferro and expected delivery to Australia to be at least a couple of weeks. To my astonishment the product was delivered to my door in 2 working days!!! Faster than ordering from mainland Australia and on top of that, I am delighted with the product. I will definately recommend Trina-ferro.”
