“Loved the site and the product. I checked the contact details to make sure I was ordering from a UK-based company. Had I known the product was then to be shipped from India I would not have placed the order. To my amazement though, I nonetheless received my package 3 days after the placing the order. Great.”

Hi Anne and so sorry you have given us a low review.. your package has shipped as normal and I think DHL our courier partner must have been delayed by the extended Easter Weekend Holiday as we have has a sequence of two bank holidays. I will chase this up in the morning but I imaging your package will be out for delivery tomorrow. Best Trinca-Ferro

“I can honestly say that Trinca-Ferro have provided me with a first class product (10 x yellow enamel door knobs for my kitchen cupboards) which arrived beautifully packaged in top condition within 3 days. “The products which I ordered were truly amazing. Even better in the flesh than the photos on the website which incidentally are fab. The quality of the products are fantastic and the price very reasonable compared to other websites I have looked at. From placing the order to receiving the goods took 2 days and were excellently packaged. Many thanks.”

“Beautiful drawer knobs! Prompt and clear responses to my questions. Excellent, swift dispatch of my order, which arrived within just a few days. Products arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. And we're exactly as described and shown on the website. Perfect service. I tranformed two hideous bedside tables with a coat of paint and these delightful knobs. Highly recommend and many thanks.”

“I ordered 20 cabinet knobs which came quickly. Online customer service was great, and quality of knobs was good, however knobs came with screws that were much to long for them customer support recommended I cut them to fit and/or re-drill holes (!?) I spent an additional $8 to buy the proper screws. Rather frustrating.”
