“I thought this was a Spanish company but to my surprise it turned out to be Indian. The goods arrived very quickly as ordered, and I even had an email with a photograph of the order paper in advance. If I need cupboard door knobs like these I shall definitely get them from Trinca-Ferro.”

“I placed my order on 27th April, and I'm still waiting for it. I was told on 29th April, that it appears that "DHL input the incorrect postcode into their system". Not sure how this would've happened when all my details were correct on my order confirmation? Because of this, my order was sent back (would that be India?), and I could expect my order to be with me at "the start of this week, with an extra knob thrown in". I'm aware that it was bank holiday Monday yesterday...but it still hasn't arrived! My lovingly up cycled piece of furniture is still without those rather special drawer knobs! I'll let you know if they do actually arrive!”

“The speed of service and choice on offer is great. However, one of the vintage looking glass knobs I bought broke as soon as I tried to fit it. Not the most sturdy design. This is the second time I have had issues with the products sent looking great but not being hard wearing.”

“Not only are the knobs from this company exquisite, they travel all the way from India and are with you within three days! I have ordered new knobs for fitted wardrobes in a bedroom and the same knobs for a chest of drawers, they look lovely. I have just ordered 15 more knobs to change the look of my fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom. I have now seen perfect new knobs for my kitchen units and that will be my next project. Highly recommend this company, and such a reasonable price!”
